Careers
Bureau communications staff are seconded to government ministries, which means numerous opportunities to change and grow. Professional development through movement across ministries is encouraged, and staff also have the ability to take part in temporary cross-government projects as they arise.
Other employment benefits include an extensive in-house training program and a well-developed employee recognition program.
Permanent and temporary positions are advertised online at www.jobs.alberta.ca/ (See Communications/Information).

Internship program
The PAB also runs a nine-month internship program for recent graduates (within the past two years). Interns will gain valuable communications experience through a combination of on-the-job training and in-house training courses.
PAB staff set up for a media event in the Legislature.
